A new death cross, by Blackfort Capital CIO Dr. Andreas Bickel
US 10-year government bond yield: A new death cross (shown on Bloomberg TV)! If history is any guide expect US yields to go further down. FED should pause in March. Both is positive for corporate bonds but also for equities. Draghi said the European economic data and indicators are much weaker than expected… Therefore it is hard to see a ECB rate hike in autumn. China injected liquidity into the credit market. Kicking the cane down the road comes up to my mind. Or don’t fight the FED (or central banks).
