Be prepared for some set backs, by by Blackfort CIO Dr. Andreas Bickel

China is said to offer a path to eliminate US trade imbalance and the equity rally continues globally. Yesterday after the Wall Street Journal reported Treasury Secretary Mnuchin proposed easing China tariffs we have seen a further leg up in this relief rally. But, there is still a long way to go until the S&P 500 might reach its 200 day average. Nevertheless the year and probably January cannot go on like the last two weeks. Be prepared for some set backs.
